Dilution Extractive System

The Dilution Extractive System is an advanced emission monitoring solution in which the sample gas is extracted directly from the process stack and instantly diluted with clean, dry zero air at the probe itself. This immediate dilution reduces the sample gas temperature and moisture content at the source, ensuring reliable and stable measurement while protecting downstream analyzers from harsh process conditions. By eliminating the requirement for heat-traced sample lines, the system significantly reduces installation complexity, maintenance requirements, and operational costs. Its simplified design makes it highly suitable for applications where maintaining sample integrity is critical, while also ensuring accurate monitoring with minimal hardware infrastructure. The Dilution Extractive System is widely preferred for demanding industrial environments requiring dependable performance, low maintenance, and long-term operational reliability.

GET QUOTE

Hot-Wet / cold dry Extractive System

The Hot-Wet / Cold-Dry Extractive System is designed for reliable emission monitoring in high-temperature and high-dust industrial applications. The sample gas is extracted through a heated probe and filter assembly, then transported via heat-traced sample lines to maintain temperature and prevent condensation before reaching the analyzers. An automatic blow-back arrangement ensures smooth operation in dusty environments by minimizing filter blockage and maintenance. This system is ideal for monitoring pollutants that may condense or chemically react at lower temperatures, ensuring accurate, stable, and continuous emission measurements in demanding process conditions.
